Fire in Garage in Garden Grove, CA

This was a Fire loss in Garden Grove, CA. The Fire began in the Garage and it affected the Garage, the Dining Room the Ceiling, the Kitchen, and one Bedroom. When dealing with a fire loss, it is important for our SERVPRO technicians to use the proper protective gear, such as face masks and gloves due to the soot and smoke that is left behind on contents and the structure. In order for our SERVPRO technicians to be able to clean the structure, we first had to cleanup the debris and then perform a pack out of the contents and stored them in our secure facility. This pack out was performed so that we could clean the soot off the walls and floors. We were able to clean and salvage most of their belongings. Once the customer was ready to move back into their newly remodeled home, we assisted them with moving all their contents back in. Our customer was thrilled with the after results!
